We are making it available for fans who want to have the complete collection. The bound version has a black and white cardstock cover. The unbound version is just pages. Due to the layout, it is not practical to hole punch this item. This 1994 issue is 80 pages long. HISTORY includes the story Too Close to the Flame and an article on officers of the LDR Navy. DATABASE (which became the Communications section in later issues) included conventions, rated aces, service awards, Input Guide, Why, Proposals Board, Kommodore Ketrick, Example of Cloaking, Battle Force 300, 21 Tournament Questions, and a speed-change play aid. UNIVERSE (which later became Venues) includes articles on Prime Directive (Jindarians), Star Fleet Warlord, and Star Fleet Missions. SCENARIOS include five new ones (SL143-147) and a 500-point tournament format. TACTICS include the Hydran Seminar, Term Papers, ESGs, Patrol Victory at Gencon 93, and Ask Uncle Ardak. A special feature was the Star Fleet Universe Timeline. FEDERATION & EMPIRE includes Q&A, Tactical Notes, Commentaries, The Late Kingdom Scenario, Kzinti Victory through Attrition, Prime Teams, Neo-Tholians, and reference cards for the Kzintis and Hydrans. NEW SHIPS included some new tournament ships (Archaeo-Tholian, Seltorian, LDR, WYN).
