This game has everything I love: drafting, engine building, being the boss. I'm completely impressed by how balanced this game is. I've had the pleasure of playing a handful of times, and it's impossible to tell who's going to win until the very end.
Great game, played at Origins, purchased from Gil right away! Gil was nice enough to sign a copy! Look forward to playing more and to the expansions. The card names and figuring out who they are modeled after may be the best part!!!
A masterpiece of a Euro. The theme is fully integrated into the game play, with clever in-jokes to match the quirky artwork. Great balance of depth and accessibility. And the game scales incredibly well at all player counts.
It's a pretty funny and quirky game, there are some cards that can decidedly change the flow of the game but there is still a random aspect to the game, especially with two players.
