In Air Alliance übernehmen die Spieler die Rolle des Managements einer Fluggesellschaft und schicken Flugzeuge und Passagiere um die Welt. Dabei müssen die Spieler abwägen zwischen der Economy-Class, die es leichter macht eine Landeerlaubnis zu erhalten und der First-Class, die zwar viele Punkte bringt, aber unflexibel ist.
