Horrified: Dungeons & Dragons

Horrified D&D è una buona variante, ma onestamente da un autore come Peter Lee era lecito aspettarsi qualcosa di più. Le modifiche rispetto all’originale sono pressoché inesistenti: cambiano i boss — che ovviamente appartengono all'universo di D&D e richiedono strategie diverse per essere sconfitti — ma le regole base rimangono le stesse. Bellissima la plancia, mentre lo stile delle carte e dei personaggi mi ha convinto meno. Il gioco funziona, ed è chiaramente rivolto ai fan di Dungeons & Dragons (come me); tuttavia, se possedete già il primo capitolo, potete tranquillamente farne a meno. Se invece dovete ancora acquistarne uno e amate il brand, questo è quello da prendere.

I am up to my ears in miscellaneous D&D paraphernalia due to my youngest daughter and her boyfriend asking me to teach them the game at the start of the Pandemic (the disease, not the game, although I ended up getting the game, not the disease eventually). We only played one session, barely starting the original old school introductory adventure. Making a long story short ([i]Too LATE!![/i]) I should have bought this instead, back then, yes, 5 years before it came out!

Probably my favorite out of the horrified, but got to say it is the easiest of them all

Loved the port in Tabletop Simulator especially for beginners in Tabletop gaming

I like this version very much! One hour mini dungeon crawl. Will get Ravenloft when I can, always happy for an expansion if it ever comes out.
