Il paese, per il momento, è sicuro. Tuttavia non sei felice, non hai né famiglia né casa, fatichi a trovare un senso alla tua vita e vivi come un vagabondo. L’unica fonte di gioia nella tua misera esistenza è Sibilla, con la quale condividi un amore segreto. Eppure, un antico potere sta tramando nell’ombra per privarti anche dell’ultima scintilla di speranza; ciò che vive al di là delle mura ha bisogno di te e farà tutto quello che è in suo potere per far incrociare i vostri destini. Il tempo è giunto, l’avventura sta per iniziare e tu… sei pronto?
Escape Tales: I Bambini di Wyrmwoods è un gioco di carte che simula una escape room ponendo l’enfasi sulla narrazione. Il gioco non ha limiti di tempo e vi farà vivere un’emozionante avventura ambientata in un mondo oscuro e misterioso. Dovrete risolvere assieme numerosi enigmi e prendere decisioni che cambieranno il corso della storia. Very interesting development and great the introduction of the character, the modifiers and companions. The puzzles were challenging, interesting and mostly felt new. The clues however were sometimes not really useful. Regarding the ending, it felt a bit like it would have been appreciated more context to make more informed decisions. BREMEN
I know I shouldn’t rate this one, but in my opinion this is really the coolest ET we did so far. Combining cards, extended exploration and Character progression together with really smart puzzles and beautiful illustrations are seriously THE thing. And come one, over 60 different endings? That’s something huge. And it says the girl, who spent dozen of hours with this game and knows the story and puzzles almost by heart ;-)
Really really nice set of connected riddles by story. Some of them are optional but everything have small impact on characteristics of main character. I wish publisher would continue this series because it is just superior over other escape room games, or other internet riddle websites. Definitely worth buying.
Did not play the epilogue, because I don't own the game, but I enjoyed it a lot. Very different from The Awakening, a little bit more mechanics, but not too much, everyone are still able to easily grasp it.
It was so much fun (played solo), and pretty challenging too! (esp. the 2nd Book). I'm definitely gonna buy more ET in the future! Great value for money. Good job, Kuba and Bartek!
