Galactic Cruise: Accommodations Expansion

Top notch expansion, the Starting upgrades are soooo good, love having a special ability right from the start, acts like an asymmetric player power. The ship matching module in this is on absolute steroids giving every module a unique power, definitely don't use in your first game, but after a few games you can dive in or use the Advancements one as a slow build up to this. Once you are able to really digest it, it makes the game into a true Ultra Heavy that it always felt like it was trying to be, cherry on top. A few more, more of the same things on top, just a great expansion for those who want a more of a challenge.

The better of the two expansions it launched with. The specialised blueprints are a great addition (tho still don’t care for the cabin matching) & the starting upgrades forces you to mix it up each time giving you a specific play style.

Specialized Blueprints are the way the game was meant to be played, but make building your ships challenging. Starting Upgrades jumpstart the game, but I do not see the need to use them.

Must play with with cabin powers now. Spices up the most bland part of the game.

I like starting upgrade cards and found specialised blueprints to be fun to explore. For solo still like base game blueprints more, but will probably always play with starting upgrade cards
