In Ready Set Bet gehen Sie und Ihre Freunde zu den Pferderennen für einen Tag voller Jubel, Gejohle und Wetten auf Ihre Lieblingspferde, deren Schicksal mit jedem Würfelwurf hängt. Das Spiel wird über vier Runden gespielt, jede Runde besteht aus einem Rennen gefolgt von der Auflösung von Wetten. Während jedes Rennens platzieren Spieler frei ihre Wettmarken auf dem Brett. Nach jedem Rennen gewinnen oder verlieren Spieler Geld für jede Wette und erhalten eine VIP-Club-Karte, um in den folgenden Runden mehr Geld zu gewinnen. Nach vier Runden gewinnt der Spieler mit dem meisten Geld!
