Beschreibung

The Walled City: Londonderry stellt rivalisierende Politiker gegeneinander auf, um der erste Bürgermeister der Stadt zu werden. Eine mittelalterliche Stadt mit Mauern zu gründen, ist jedoch keine leichte Aufgabe, und Sie werden gleich herausfinden, wie schwierig das sein kann! Das Spiel besteht aus zwei Runden, von denen jede mehrere Züge gefolgt von einer Wertungsphase hat. In jedem Zug spielen Sie Karten, um Straßen zu bauen, die Nachbarschaften mit Bürgern bilden, die einer der Spieler angehören. Sie nominieren Wachmänner für die Türme, manipulieren Stadtteile (Gerrymandering) und errichten große Mauern. All dies spielt eine Rolle bei der Festigung Ihrer Macht, während Sie versuchen, an die Spitze der politischen Hierarchie zu gelangen. Ein sicherer Ort für die Bauern zu schaffen, wird Ihnen eine große Belohnung einbringen, aber wenn Sie es versäumen, die Stadtmauer rechtzeitig zu errichten, werden die loyalen Ritter die Stadt verlassen, um Zuflucht zu suchen. Währenddessen verleihen die Gilden, mit denen Sie sich verbünden, spezielle Kräfte, die die Pläne Ihrer Rivalen stören können. Bewegen Sie eine Straße, um ein neues Viertel zu bilden, in dem die Bürger Ihres Lagers in der Mehrheit sind, oder entfernen Sie eine Mauer, die rivalisierende Bürger vor den Verwüstungen der Umgebung schützt. Die Gilden werden das Ergebnis beeinflussen, wer die Stadt leitet, wenn der Staub sich gelegt hat. The Walled City: Londonderry ist ein hochgradig thematisches und elegantes Gebietskontroll-/Einfluss-Spiel für 2-4 Spieler, das etwa 60 Minuten dauert.
