A fantastically interesting game. Setting it up for less than the full 5 is a bit of a pain in the butt, but other than that it is always a tight little adventure.

Great strategy game. Fun decisions to make, great components. Also, if you small kids they think playing with the animals is a blast. Mine started playing when she was three and needed help with rules and decisions...but she always continued to ask to play "the panda game" Worth every penny.

Spiel de Jahres winner from 2007. A very tight economy makes this game special. Very impressive game with a wonderful puzzle to put together. The color palette and graphic design is weak, but you will forgive it.

Played many many times when my daughter was small. Sadly she’s not so keen now. Excellent game to improve their maths and forward thinking. Still love it. Good with upto 4players

you win just by getting this game out to play. win! then your second instant win comes from making a baby animal in your happy zoo where the happy animals live. and then your third potential win by actually winning. the third one is the shallowest... but you'll take it.
