Ashes: Blackout Protocol
Ashes: Blackout Protocol immerses you in a post-nuclear world where underground colonies are humanity's last hope. Guide your colony in the struggle for survival: save civilians, expand the shelter network and build structures. The Phoenix Project represents hope to restore life to the surface. Over three rounds of gameplay, execute protocols at your base or move your evacuation vehicle. The player with the most victory points wins.
A.S.H.E.S. (Artificial Shelter & Human Evacuation Sequence): after the Great Nuclear War of 1989, survivors take refuge in a network of underground colonies to rebuild civilization and develop the Phoenix Project, capable of restoring life to the surface. In Ashes: Blackout Protocol you will guide one of these colonies in its struggle for survival: save civilians, expand the network of shelters, build new structures and contribute to the development of the Phoenix Project.
The game unfolds over three rounds: each turn you can execute a protocol at your Base (build shelters, install upgrades in the Phoenix Project or save survivors) or move your evacuation vehicle to reach new areas of the map. The player with the most victory points at the end of the third round wins.

I've played the prototype and the game it's just outstanding. Top 3 most anticipated games of 2026 for me.
The game is blooming with every play. Our first play was with 4 players, which was quite unfortunate. All other plays were with 2-3 players. I'd say 3 players are the sweet spot. This is the most complex game from Perro Loko so far, but if not better, it's at least equally good as Orloj and Phoenix New Horizon. If you liked their previous games, you'll also like this one.
