Description Description
Build together… without letting it all come crashing down In Bookshelf, you work together to stack a shelf higher and higher, placing books with care and coordination. Each card adds new conditions and new books to arrange: you’ll need balance, communication, and a bit of cool-headedness to keep the structure from collapsing. Every choice matters: where to place the books, how to distribute them, and when to stop. And don’t forget a fundamental rule… you must always leave room for the cat! ? Why you’ll love it • Cooperative, fast-paced, and super engaging • A perfect mix of skill, coordination, and tension • Quick games, ideal for any group • Every game is a different challenge ?? Books in balance, cat on the prowl. How high can you climb? Contents: 10 shelf cards, 29 Book meeples, 1 Cat meeple

I find the challenge very enjoyable, and we are definitely getting better with more plays. At this point, we have won in 3 or 4 games out of about 15. In 2 of those we even made it to 9 levels. Have yet to try the more challenging side of the starter card, so the game definitely packs a lot in its small box.

Not exactly deep, but the aesthetic is perfect, and it works very well with all my friends: fun and challenging, but not brain-burney, and it's easy to chat while playing, so it is great to start the day, or end it. Nothing revolutionary, but excellent for what it is.
