In the standalone card game Fantasy Realms: Greek Legends, you build your realm, one card at a time, as you collect heroes, quests, monsters, and more! Each card is unique, and scores points based on the other cards in your hand. You start with seven cards, and each turn, you draw a new card from the deck or discard area, then discard one card from your hand, always trying to improve your realm. Whoever's realm scores the most points wins.
Fantasy Realms: Greek Legends takes the classic Fantasy Realms formula and adds new twists to match its theme. In addition to combining the right suits and attribute tags, you will:
- Send cards to the afterlife, costing precious points but unlocking powerful abilities
- Complete quests with unique card combinations
- Vanquish legendary monsters with the right heroes

The original game was great, this one is fantastic. The complexity of the cards are ramped up a bit, and this is a good thing... a lot more meat is on the bone here for gamers to sink their teeth into. The addition of the Afterlife was genius. For a drafting game based on tags, this game is surprisingly thematic. Plus it can be played solo with a fan-made variant and it works wonderfully.

I like it a little more than Fantasy Realms. But I'm not sure how the combos are. It seems that there may be fewer tracks for winning. But I've played it only about 5 times and I'm not bored of it!

I actually like this more than Regular Fantasy Realm (which is still a brilliant game, especially with the expansion). I like the theme more and the afterlife bit is really fun. Plays fast to with the right players so you can get several games in in a short time, so you don't have to overthink things. Update: After some more plays we realized it's much harder to pivot to a new strategy in this game compared to Fantasy Realms as all cards are so interlinked. Makes the starting hand even more important.

Another good variation of Fantasy Realms. I still prefer the OG, but this is probably my favorite of the newer versions. I like the theme and I like the underworld mechanic.
