It is a good game, but I desire more depth in it... It needs to be more depthy.... but regardless, it is a good game. 10/10

Description
Karak II is a standalone sequel to Karak, and this second installment adds a more complex layer of gameplay while staying approachable for kids. Each player becomes a hero, trying to defeat monsters and their leader: the Dark General. To achieve that, they have to collect resources, build and develop their cities, and train new units (represented by dice) to add to their army. Over the course of the game, players will defeat monsters carrying powerful soul stones – and the player with the most soul stones at the end of the game wins.

I just love this game. Great to play with kids and even with HC baord game geeks we can enjoy the game. Especially with both expansions

Great tile-exploring, dungeon (although it plays above on surface) crawler. Good to play with children as well as with adults. It adds more complexity and strategy on top of original Karak but still can be finished in reasonable time (under 60 minutes). Expansions add even more complexity if needed. Art is great, same as in original Karak.
Vraiment sympa. Karak en plus, plus, plus, ajoutant un aspect gestion bien sympathique et s'intégrant bien au système, pour un jeu toujours jouable avec les enfants de 7 et 9 ans qui adorent aussi. J'ai juste un doute sur les dés des magiciens qui sont meilleurs (plus de doubles épées) que les archers sans être plus risqués (2 crânes chacun). Erreur ou acte volontaire, équilibré par la relative rareté de la pierre ? Autre critique, sur le matériel : les ressources sont un peu petites (difficiles à manipuler) et surtout les dés, qui sont difficiles à lire (les dés noirs sont trop peu contrastés) et/ou à distinguer (archer et magiciens trop similaires)
