Vittorio, janitor and art enthusiast, has however invented a way to save the paintings: just go back in time, retrieve an object representing the artistic identity of the targeted painter, return to the present and dissolve the object in a mixture of sulfuric acid and… cinnamon. one afternoon Alvise, Zoe, Brunilde, Sara and Iñigo are studying with Vittorio, he confides his plan to them. The kids think the old janitor is a bit crazy, but while he goes to get ready they light a strange candle to illuminate a painting and suddenly find themselves catapulted into the 1500s!
