I don't like this play style ... typically, but loved piloting Nightcrawler. It's feels right, and it's unique nature means that I will definitely revisit this one a lot.

I truly love how Marvel Champions manages to make many characters feel so thematic. While the artwork and underwhelming Alter-Ego side keep it from being perfect, Nightcrawler is simply too much fun to play. His mechanics capture the character brilliantly, and every game feels distinctively "Nightcrawler." For that reason, I can't justify anything lower than a 9. Nightcrawler may not be one of the most talked-about Marvel Champions heroes, but he deserves more attention imnsho (he does have a very good average rating, but he’s not even in the top 30 among Hero packs by number of voters on BGG).

I love nightcrawler, and his deck is fun to play. I don't typically like to play defense decks, but it works well here with the bamf cards. i think he would work well in an aggression deck too. Having fun playing him atm but he is definitely a support character and you need someone else either aggressive or able to thwart or games really drag on. (nightcrawler seems to be more like a death by 1000 papercuts type play)
