Great game. This is what I was looking for after Warcraft the board game. Thumbs up! I would like to see this play competetive on tournament.

Before these elegant little wooden figures served faithfully in Carcassonne City and many other playful treasures, did you know that the Meeples were originally battle vehicles for the 4 kingdoms of Lilliput? Embody yourself as one of the leaders of those kingdoms and re-enact (in actual size!) those tremendous battles of history. To win Meeple war, gain 6 victory points by fighting enemy armies, destroying enemy cities, and gaining control of areas.

In this timing and strategic game, anticipation and diplomatic skill (or crying ^^) is victory key.

Fantastic little game with 4X flavor! If you've played WarCraft the Board Game (the RTS port, not that World of WarCraft garbage...) and want a different feel with an even faster game (WarCraft has an incredibly fast game play) then check out this beautiful little gem! My 11 yo son and I read the instructions and started playing within 30 minutes. Not too shabby. He thought it was fantastic and he particularly liked being able to build an engine to strategize his win confition. 2 player was fine but I suspect the game gets considerably better and more strategic with a higher player count. Will probably make it to the table at least once a month.

Liking this game more and more after several 2 player rounds. Very condensed, but surprisingly strategic hybrid of worker placement and war game. Seemed a bit unbalanced at first, but evens out after getting used to the mechanics. Can be over quite fast, but also turn into a longer, but very entertaining, battle of attrition. Great art, looks very Carcassonne-ish on the table. Should be even better with 3 or 4 players.
Meeple War is the typical case of the underrated game. There was no expansion produced by Blue Cocker due to the low number of sales even being under the seal of CMON in the USA. But in reality it is a very engaging, dynamic and strategic game. It can perfectly reproduce the atmosphere of an RTS game being very fast and interactive. It deserves to be played with a lot of attention and care in order to capture all the details that provide great strategic/tactical depth and good replayability. Little by little, we realized in it the creative beauty and the potential fun that a well-balanced game with solid mechanics can provide. Extremely fun, satisfying and rewarding.
CAUTION! Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. It contains small parts which could be swallowed or inhaled.
