I normally do not like dice in games, but in this game the dice drafting works very well.

My Village
My Village takes players into a new chapter of the Village saga. Each player begins with a small farm and one villager for each profession: abbot, counselor, traveler, craftsman, and merchant. Your goal is to expand your village by adding fields, buildings, and attracting monks and customers, while time inexorably marches on. Balance multiple areas of influence as your villagers age and new opportunities emerge.
- 108 cards (70.0mmx70.0mm)
My Village uses dice and has the same weight as Village from the same designers, but is not Village: The Dice Game as the gameplay differs from that earlier game.

Takes longer to explain than to actually play it but once you learn it its a blast. Lots of decisions to make and strategies to develop. Nice colorful artwork as well.
This is a great sequel to Village. The same thematic elements are here but reworked to utilize a dice pool mechanic. I like how your village sprawls out in different ways. The rat as another carrier of the plague was a nice thematic touch.
We thought this would be an easy version of village (which we love) - it's not. There's so much going on. Great game.
Great game. Completely different from his older brother Village, it is an excellent brainy dice-driven building game. Congratulations to the Brands: Village, My Village and Murano are three of my favourites games.
