Players are racing to put their cats to bed by stacking them onto a pyramid. Fun push your luck die rolling game where players try and extend their five dice to get as many cats stashed on their turn as possible. Re-roll, double and three cat spaces create tactics and incentives. Light but still the right touch of thoughtful. The end game gold cats mechanism seems a bit odd - a winner is declared but you keep playing to see their level of victory. The other players (the losers) keep playing to beat down the winner. My copy came with a promo pack that included a dice tower that does not appear to fit in the box, and an extra set of gold cats. Don’t be too bothered if you missed that.
