I have the deluxe edition, and if I were rating it based on production alone, it'd be 11/10. The insert is a dream come true and the bits are unique and amazing. Easy enough for anyone.

This game had a really fun mix of strategy and trying to figure out what everyone else was going to do. There were definitely some "well, there goes my entire plan" moments throughout the night but adjusting plans is half the fun!! We seriously loved this one! The pieces are beautiful, the gameplay kept everyone engaged, and it had that perfect amount of strategy and friendly competition that makes you want to play again and try a completely different approach.

we loved this game out it was so much fun! Time consuming but fun! The graphics were colorful and beautiful! The concept is simple to understand! We found it more fun to work as teams instead of individually! Our players were as young as 9 that plays played.. but it definitely for older kids to play along with adults!

When you read the rules, the game seems pretty basic and straightforward but then you quickly realize you cannot do everything and have to make tough choices. Bought at Gencon 2024. Easy to teach and this is a game that you can hold conversation during even while playing. Really love that everyone gets to place all their buildings, as this adds to the strategy of when to go out yet is still friendly. The upgraded components are fun and do add to the game experience. I love the sound and feel of the buildings being placed on the board. I guess I am one of those people now.

Roxley sent me Skyrise to try in connection to my honest review. I loved this game. It is the perfect amount of strategy without taking all night to play. The strategy changes the more people that play. At first, the rules seem a little overwhelming, but once you start to play, you catch on real quick and they make more sense. We read the rules book and watched the video on how to play. we did go back to the rules for clarification during the game. The most difficult part is the scoring at the end, but if you break it down, it gets simple. Our family from ages 14+ had fun. the pictures and game pieces are beautiful. It's a great addition to the game closet.
