The fighters are just as interesting as the base set, and it's great to have more fighters in the game. Very cool

Tried this at Handycon as a big fan of the original game. Was a little bit wary that it might be unbalanced or new mechanisms might make it unplayable with the base game characters, but was pleased to discover that the new characters slot in very well and are expertly balanced alongside the previous ones, as well as providing new unique mechanics and tactics for each of them. Went from a "Might buy" to a "Pre-ordered" very quickly.

This collection of fighters is so much fun and really jives with the original set.
