Gaunerbande

In Gaunerbande, players try to sneak nasty crook cards to their opponents through clever play. These cards result in significant negative points at the end of the round. But beware! Whoever collects enough crook cards has the chance to pull off the big heist and get back at their opponents. The game is played with a set of 52 profession cards, including 13 black crook cards and 1 corrupt politician. After playing in turns, each player looks at their won tricks. Crook cards and the corrupt politician each give a negative point. However, if a player collects all crook cards and the corrupt politician, they unite the entire gang of crooks and pull off the big heist. The player can then choose to either improve their own score or inflict a lot of negative points on their opponents. The goal of the game is to have as few negative points as possible at the end.
