The invasion has been successfully thwarted, now it's time to achieve new prosperity in and around Orléans through lively trade. However, interests differ and intrigues are being forged to eliminate unwanted competitors... The second expansion to Orléans enlivens trade through contracts, with which you can increase your wealth. This allows for a whole new strategy as you try to deliver specific goods to the cities faster than your opponents. The new tableau "Blessed Works" offers many opportunities. Here you can acquire urgently needed goods, but you can also secure location cards, technology tiles, or actions if you send the right people quickly. Beware, it's sneaky! Similar to the Blessed Works, you can send people to the "Intrigue" tableau, where various villains will help you thwart your opponents' plans. Trade, progress, and everyday life in and around Orléans are influenced by many new events. The uncertainty of whether and when events will occur gives the game a new flair.
