Pfau ziehen is a simple trick taking game about tugging around a peafowl. The theme is based on a word play, because the German words for rope (Tau) and peafowl (Pfau) rhyme. Players simultaniously play cards. The player with the highest card may pull the peafowl one step towards his goal. Tied players are ignored. The first player to move the peafwol to his goal wins.
