Dead Man's Draw (Second Edition)

This little game is a blast! Very quick to play, super easy to learn, and fun little 'press your luck' filler game! I much prefer it to Zombie Dice, since this game has the benefit of player interactions, as well as some strategy to it besides 'roll or not'. Definitely worth the $20 bucks, and looking forward to getting tons of plays in with this one! The only problem I have with this game, if you can call it a problem, is that the discard pile gets shuffled nearly every player turn, so even though the cards are fantastic quality, we ended up sleeving them after only 2 games to preserve them! Not really a problem though.

Excellent short game. Easy to explain, easy to play, and has enough variants to add when players get used to the base game. I've never played this only once after pulling it out, which speaks to its ease of play and fun factor. I own two copies in order to play with 5-8 players variant. Better art than Captain Carcass.

All the piracy in the palm of your hand. It's a simple, fast-paced, and exciting game where you must brave the dangers of the sea and be ruthless against your opponents. For a long time, I looked at this game without interest, only to stumble upon the video game. I was looking for an experience that would take me on an adventure in the Caribbean, and I never thought I'd find it in this brilliant and strategic little game, suitable for any type of player who accepts luck as part of the fun.

Fantastic, easy to learn push your luck game that plays well with 3 or 4 and by adding an additional set can comfortably handle up to 8. Lots of fun, everyone I've introduced it to has loved it. Fortune can turn on a doubloon in this game and like the song goes, you have to know when to hold and when to fold. Strongly recommended, plays fast and can be enjoyed by a wide range of skill levels, even small children. Game is marred by printing errors on the cheat card that can be found in several editions, make sure your cheat card matches the rules or isn't misprinted but that's the only thing that has ever bothered me about this game. One of my all-time favourites!

Amazing game of push your luck with interesting characters. The game stays interesting through the 50th time playing it, and I do not think that it requires any more characteristic. Man, there are 17-18 characters with different abilities. Do I have to say more?
