Expansion really enhances the core gameplay. We found ourselves thinking a bit more about how to play cards to maximize their use. Art is wonderful, and scientifically accurate! Love this!!

Arrived so quickly. Played twice this evening and loved the additional elements, both within the box and the gameplay; as well as how the gameplay ties in so thematically. The new fish too just superb... go coral reef sustainability!

A great expansion that shuffles in and is easy to integrate. Not too many new rules but adds a lot more to consider when playing fish. Lots more interaction with the tags on fish cards and the reef adds a new dynamic to placements and scoring. Plus more sharks which is a draw card for my kids :)

I waited for the expansion hoping it would differentiate Finspan a bit more from Wingspan, I didn't realize that Finspan was worth having in addition to Wingspan even without this change. That said, I played Finspan once without this expansion, in the future I will always play with this expansion.

Must have, though i dislike having a board overlay. The new fish and coral mechanics fix many of the issues I had with the base game. The right column being too weak and the fish powers too restrictive
