I suppose I should incorporate this and City Scum into my next session ... and forevermore!! September 2019 - done, along with City Scum. Both are easily added without fuss and make a great game better. No major rules overhead. The plague rules are simple.

Love the new settlement cards. Could live without the plague, don't play with it but I do appreciate what it's trying to do. It accelerates the game by increasing danger levels and decreasing healing factor. Makes it feel more pandemic like bc of how outbreaks work. Just wish there were more viable ways of getting rid of plague and threat levels rather than having to hoof it over and manually reduce it via combats. Voidgate teleportation is not a good mode of transport. Never playing without settlement encounters ! Worth it for them alone.
