Add Weather to 1066, Tears to Many Mothers or 1565, St. Elmo's Pay or 1815, Scum of the Earth! Weather plays an enormous role in most military theatres of conflict. The torrential rain at Waterloo had a heavy impact on the morale of the soldiers, as well as on the maneuverability of cavalry and artillery. Brand new to the Historic Epic Battle System, the HEBS Weather Deck expansion introduces the variable effects (some beneficial, some less so...) of inclement weather or even glorious sunshine to ANY of your HEBS games.
