Halloween Party is a set-collecting game by Kuro. The game cards are placed in a grid, and on each player's turn, they choose to gain all cards in either a row or a column, after which the grid is refilled. However, the refill is irregular and as the game proceeds, each row will be of differing lengths, causing the players to sometimes gain fewer cards, sometimes more. Some cards have special powers that trigger depending on the number of gained cards, even on other players' turns, causing chaotic chain effects. Once the deck runs out, players get final bonus points depending on a balance between gained "children" and gained "candy". Points are also awarded during the game. Most points at the end wins. —user summary
