Description Description

Pounder arrived!

As soon as I laid my eyes on her, I knew she was trouble. Standoffish, remote, and so irritatingly hard-headed it made me queasy just listening to her matter-of-fact, husky voice. As though we’d been sent someone between a shrink, a gumshoe, and an inquisitor all at once. As it turned out soon enough, that was in fact the case.

Fully half of command, the politically-backed half, got sidelined. Transfers, retirements, two summary terminations. Everybody signed the papers sheepishly. The dame had to have big pull with the brass. Guys from field operations, especially enforcement divisions, like me, gained a lot. New gear, more intel support, and most of all, agency! No more connivance, cover-ups, and sweeping issues under the rug. No more restricted zones we can’t enter ‘cause some hands got greased.

No more letting crooks off the hook on grounds of minor social harm... Oh yeah! A new sheriff’s in town and believe me, she’s one tough mother...

Conversation recorded by the surveillance system at the RAID 44 internal security division common room. Spoken by Sgt. Kurt Sternhammer (note: Sergeant is still under investigation concerning his involvement in the Nakamura Tower incident) File open only to operators with access code rated Omega or higher

Box content:
  • 1 metal 32mm miniatures
  • 1 60mm plastic base
