Jungleball

Description

We wanted to bring the fun of dodgeball to your kitchen table, and we think we've done a pretty good job! 2 players will be drafting from a pool of 21 totally unique characters to build their dream team of inter-species dodgeball all-stars! You'll take turns moving your players around the table, activating their unique special abilities, and, most importantly, throwing dodgeballs (super cool screen-printed wooden discs) back and forth until one player's entire team is knocked out!   The core of Jungleball is its roster of boisterous animal athletes! Each character has been lovingly illustrated by the wonderful Alan Cortes. The wonderful art is meant to work in tandem with the character's ability to invoke their charming and quirky personalities! Let's meet a few of them, shall we?  The final game will have 21 completely unique characters to mix and match! We're going to be regularly revealing new characters on our Instagram in the form of character profiles! The profiles will also be available on our website! There might also be some mysterious bonus characters hiding in the stretch goal bushes for us to uncover! Scroll down to our stretch goals section for more info on that.   This is not meant to be an exhaustive how-to-play but rather a general overview of the game and what you'll be doing in it! Either in the comments or email us directly at rules@ortogames.com!  The cards in Jungleball act as tactile game pieces and hold all the necessary information about the character as well. We are still doing some late stage playtesting to ensure all the characters are as balanced and as fun as possible! So, some abilities may change slightly between now and release.
