Full German edition of 'Rome & Roll'. Rome was built on seven hills and is still one of the most impressive cities in the world. However, in 64 AD, the city was almost completely destroyed by a fire and now you have the opportunity to rebuild Rome with nine dice. And to secure the favor of Emperor Nero and the gods. 'Roma & Alea' is a 'Roll & Write' game where players get resources and/or actions from the dice to build the buildings of the displayed construction plans. When a building is constructed, the player draws the outlines of the building with their color on the city map. All buildings provide points for specific conditions like adjacent buildings or the hill on which they were built. Some buildings produce resources when an adjacent building is constructed. In addition, players can conquer settlements and renew the road network to connect them to the Roman Empire. Because only those connected to the city of Rome can be taxed...
