2 August 1914 - In the town square, a group of inseparable friends contemplate in disbelief the general mobilisation order posted on the town hall notice board. The newspapers have been publishing worrying news for weeks now, but the brutality of the announcement surprises everyone. Without having the slightest idea of the hell they are about to be thrown into, the friends promise each other that they will survive and return home together, whatever happens. Unfortunately, the reality they will have to face will be far harsher than their deepest fears. SOLDIERS is a collaborative game, where players win or lose together.
