Press your luck is the "one more and then I stop" mechanic: you keep rolling, drawing or climbing down into the mine for as long as you dare, but the wrong card wipes out everything you gathered that turn. The skill is in stopping a moment before everyone else. It suits thrill seekers, groups who enjoy teasing each other and anyone who wants rules that take a minute to explain.
Average playing time is an hour and the average recommended age is 10, with plenty of quick titles. Can't Stop is the half-hour dice classic, Diamant (Edizione Inglese) sends up to eight explorers into a cave, Dead Man's Draw (Second Edition) is a fifteen-minute card game.
