A very procedural stock game, but a damn good one. You don't have full information or control, so part of it is chasing trends and hoping they pay off. It's not that interactive, but there's some groupthink about when people start buying gold. Reminds me of Power Grid, except it goes faster so maybe slightly better. And I like this better than most stock market games, because there's more nuance available here. I mean it IS pretty funny when you sell everything preparing for a crash, but it keeps getting bigger. Everyone hears the title and assumes it's about Xmas shopping. Sure, why not!

Of course the desi women did the best in a game about buying gold…the setup is a pain though so deducting a point

규칙서를 읽는것이 즐거움을 느꼈던 몇안되는 게임이다. 조금 번잡한 규칙이 있지만 그것들이 매커니즘적으로 이해가 되는 것들이며 룰마만 잘 숙지하고 있으면 게임이 크게 어렵지 않다. 다른 캐주얼 주식게임들은 기업의 병합, 주가조작 등에 초점을 두었지만 이 게임은 상대적으로 보다 현실적인 개미 투자자들의 주식을 다루고 있다는 느낌을 받았다. 유쾌하면서도 전략성이 있으며 무엇보다도 테마적으로 큰 매력을 가지고 있다

Stock manipulation game. The actions are a bit simple but the whole price adjustment process can be a little hard to be grasped by the players. I want to explore this more.

This game is a hoot. The randomness of the stock market creates a lot of excitement but there are enough levers to pull and interesting decision making. Clever and elegant market system that makes the prices react to buy and sell actions of the players in different (instant and delayed) ways.
