The world needs more of these games! We've played a dozen times or more and still find ways to make the game different. The story is over-the-top and great. For kids, it's a great game to build a love of reading. Kids normally "fight" over who gets to read the next card.
So quick to jump in and play, great and light intro to boardgames, funny, brilliantly bad writing... Completely recommend.
I enjoyed this game way more than I expected to. It’s over-the-top silly, challenging enough to provide tension, and feels fairly true to the original stories. If you were a fan of the books, pick this up. Be prepared for ridiculousness though. But that’s a plus in my book.
This is such a good entry to the choose your own adventure series. The writing is hilarious, it has a lot of replayability, and each game takes about 30 minutes. Highly recommended!
