While I shorten the game through taking super-villains out, everything else is pure fun and is one of those games that does everything I ever looked for in this type of genre

Description
Batman! Superman! Wonder Woman! Aquaman! The Flash! Green Lantern! Cyborg! The Justice League of America is ready for action – are you? Fight the never-ending battle for truth, justice, and peace in the DC Comics Deck-Building Game! To start the game, each player chooses one of the seven over-sized hero cards, each of which has a special power, and starts with a deck of ten cards. Each turn, a player starts with a hand of five cards and can acquire or conquer the five types of cards in the game: heroes, villains and super-villains, equipment, super powers, and locations. To defeat villains, you'll need to have power – but when a super-villain is defeated, a new one comes into play, attacking all the heroes while doing so. Make sure you've acquired defenses – like superspeed or bulletproof powers, or The Batsuit equipment – to protect yourself from harm. Craft your hero deck into a well-oiled machine to take on the most vile villains in the DC Universe in your quest for victory (points)!

Highly recommended for card and board game fans, especially but not necessarily DC Comics fans too. This is easy to pick up, but also allows for a tonne of depth in strategy and customizability. Start playing easily with any of the many base sets, and once you want more you can try adding any of the multitude of crossovers/expansions! Play modes are diverse; you can easily play 1-8 players with enough cards, you can play 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, coop campaign or single campaign etc. You can play as a card game or add board game elements with "movement" on a board etc. too. Fantastic product and the support for this is continuing for many years with new additions! Fun!

Big DC fan so prefer this over the Marvel Legendary game, the base game is good, the expansions are what add all the layers and make it Meaty. Either way I do love DC and this sees a fair bit of play in my group.

An amazing game to own in my opion, beautifull art and just many ways to play this game. It's quite expensive to buy all of the expansions but it is so worth it and you will be getting infinite amount of fun out it. Just one of the best deck-building games i own!

Guter Deck Builder mit viel Varianz durch die Erweiterungen. Einziges Manko ist die Kartendicke. Viel dünner geht es nicht mehr und für den Preis ist es eine bodenlose Frechheit diese Karten als "High Quality Printing" zu vermarkten.
