Description
Deep Sea Adventure is a competitive, pocket-sized board game that puts players in the shoes of underwater explorers ready to compete in the ocean depths in search of precious treasures, while sharing a resource that is as vital as it is limited: oxygen.
Each game consists of three rounds, during which every decision can mean the difference between success and failure. Going deeper means finding more valuable treasures, but it also increases the risk of not making it back to the submarine in time.
Managing the shared oxygen supply is at the heart of the experience: the more treasures you collect, the faster the oxygen runs out. This creates a constant tension between greed and caution, forcing you to carefully evaluate every move.
Movement is determined by rolling the dice, but every treasure carried slows the explorer down, making the ascent increasingly difficult. During your turn, you can choose to collect new treasures or abandon some to lighten your load and increase your chances of survival.
The round ends when all players return to the submarine or when the air runs out: whoever remains in the depths loses everything they have collected. After three rounds, the player with the highest total value wins.
