Description
Diables è un eurogame medio-pesante progettato da Dani Garcia per 1-4 giocatori in cui si guida una colla nella spettacolare tradizione mediterranea del Ball de Diables. Si gestisce la propria troupe di artisti, si coordinano diversi tipi di fuochi d'artificio e ci si adatta a eventi in evoluzione per mettere in scena le performance di strada più mozzafiato. Si pianificano attentamente le azioni per catturare l'attenzione del pubblico, costruire slancio attraverso il corteo e guadagnare il massimo prestigio.
Una partita di Diables si svolge in 3 round, ciascuno diviso in 4 fasi: Performance, in cui i giocatori a turno inviano i loro artisti nelle strade per compiere azioni e coinvolgere il pubblico; Passaggio del Tempo, in cui l'indicatore del tempo avanza, si risolvono i punteggi intermedi e i carri vengono riforniti; Avanzamento del Corteo, in cui le carte folla si muovono in avanti e gli artisti tornano ai tabelloni; Attrazione della Folla, in cui si aggiungono nuove carte folla. Bilanciare tempistica, gestione risorse e posizionamento per superare le colle rivali.

All of Dani Garcia’s games have something unique that makes you excited to see what surprise he’ll come up with next. Diables perfectly captures the excitement, energy, and celebratory spirit of the Catalan tradition. I’d give it an 11 if BGG would let me.
As always, Dani has once again reimagined the “Worker Placement” genre. I played the prototype version and bought it on the spot. I can't wait for my copy to arrive so I can enjoy this fantastic game, which also looks spectacular at the table.
This is the best Dani Garcia's design, I’ve enjoyed the two games I’ve played and the way the actions are combined with worker placement. The topic is very original and the manual explains very clearly how it relates to the mechanics
Original theme and great components. Want the game to raise more funds. (Unfortunately a dissapointing campaign with too little information about the great features of the game and dissapointing stretch goals).
Great game! I love that this Catalan tradition fits so well with the game's mechanics. It's a shame that, due to the polemical situation between Spain and Catalonia, it's getting bad ratings out of nowhere :(
