Description
It will be the control of the most important provinces that establishes the final victory. You will have to bring as many territories to your side as possible by planning a careful strategy or trying to outwit your opponents. But if things get bad, you can always change sides! Set in the Roman provinces, among the Celtic tribes, in the dominions of medieval Italy, in the territories of the Inca Empire, in the Ottoman court, or in pre-industrial England, Dominance is a game of majorities with the outcome always hanging in the balance until the end.
