Very nice expansion. I especially like module 2 since it offers many new ways to get power points. Combine it with module 1 and the game is even more interesting...

An essential expansion for Edo. It includes the Shogun's favor which is very important and provides other scoring options. It also include the temple, which scores a point and reduces travel costs and the Ronin which block access to locations. If you own base Edo, this is essential and really ought to have been included in the base game. It makes an excellent game even better.

A well thought expansion. If you like Edo, buy this. 5 players work very well, and the modules are all good. Module 3 might be the least good of them all. All in all I think this expansion is well worth its money.

Excellent expansion. You don't really need it but can add different flavors to the base game and perhaps improve it in different ways.

This "expansion" feels like it ought to have been included originally in the base game. To accommodate the 5th player, no spaces are covered up during setup. There are a few modules included. Temples is another building that costs no money to build and is built outside of cities to give you a discount on moving your samurai around. There is a module that adds a sort of pick-up-delivery aspect, and another with blocker neutral samurai. The 5th player and Temple makes this expansion a must-have if you have Edo. I haven't tried the other modules, will update comment when I do.
