This is an amazing grand strategy game. It's all there: economy, military development and conflict, exploration, trade, diplomacy (with both other players and non-player realms), technology, religion, and historical chrome via historic events and missions. The bot system is outstanding too. Only caveat is the very long play time.

Europa Universalis: The Price of Power Kickstarter Deluxe Edition
Europa Universalis is a strategy board game that gives players a full 4X game experience in a historical setting. Through strategic use of cards and careful management of resources you can expand your realm on the map board, while at the same time developing the internal machinery of the state on your player board. You must build diplomatic relations that support your ambition and you can explore far-away parts of the world. By recruiting skilled advisors and carefully investing monarch power in great ideas, province development, and long term strategies, you may well be able to outshine your historical counterparts.
This is a game for 2–6 players (depending on the various scenarios included). The goal of the game is to build the most successful empire, and points are scored for (amongst other things) owned provinces, explored territories, diplomatic relations, victories in wars, and secret objectives that have been accomplished.
The board game is based on the famous strategy game series by Paradox Interactive, and captures the heart and soul of the grandness that makes the computer game so magnificent.
Includes solo mode by Dávid Turczi

At the moment this is my favorite game really. The only problem for me is that I can't find enough people to play it with given how long it takes
You need three things to combine to feel in the end how worth this game. 1) A lot of space so you can set it up and leave it there much longer 2)A lot of time so you can learn, and also play with your friends or even solo. 3)A lot of pation to undertand everything,by reading rules and watch many videos for help too. If you pass all these then you have one of the best games of all time in your table.Im lucky that i have the deluxe edition.
This game is a masterpiece. I have played 1 game with other humans and 2 games as bots and have enjoyed every playthrough. I think about the game when not playing about what to do next and look up rules clarifications to make sure I don't botch it (which I did in My first bot game after advancing to age 2.) The rules are fairly complicated, but the books are easy to navigate to get answers quickly. The board and pieces may seem like a lot, but make sense and all have their use when set up. Would recommend this game go people who want a fantastic solo game to play, or very immersion game if played with others.
Oh my goodness it is absolutely the best game I have ever played even better than Brass. Players can act any different realms here but it is still a balance game due to the exordinary mechanism. I will buy all DLCs and keep teaching my friends to play it.
