Final Fantasy Tactics - The Ivalice Chronicles brings the tactical RPG to Nintendo Switch, set in the kingdom of Ivalice. The succession to the throne sparks rivalry between dukes Goltanna and Larg, while Ramza Beoulve and childhood friend Delita face the tensions and intrigues of the War of the Lions.
Turn-based battles require exploiting terrain, positioning units, and carefully choosing the action order. Over twenty jobs and hundreds of abilities allow you to customize your party, combining skills learned through different roles and deploying chocobos and other creatures.
The game includes two versions. Enhanced features updated graphics, voiced dialogue, mechanical improvements, and the Squire difficulty for a more accessible approach. Classic preserves the graphics and gameplay of the 1997 original and uses the War of the Lions translation.
Edition for Nintendo Switch. Text available in English, French, and German. Voice acting available in English and Japanese.
