One of my first co-ops. Hit with variety of groups. The theme is awesome here, and pick up and deliver mechanism works while balancing putting the fires out. The dice rolling effects work well for unpredictably spreading fire. Can make more complex with advanced rules, with asymmetric player powers. Very well done.

Flash Point Fire Rescue Inlay Set
Available in an external warehouse.Shipping in about 10/21 days
Insert compatible with Flash Point: Fire Rescue®, and the Extreme Danger®, 2nd Story®, Dangerous Waters®. The design provides both efficient storage and improved game play. All of the trays can be utilised during game play, and they greatly aid set-up and clear-away times.
Here you can see the top layer of trays. A key thing to note is that the insert is designed so that all the game boards are stored in the Extreme Danger® expansion box. The main game box insert stores only the game pieces and the rules sheets which act as a lid on top of the trays.

With the top layer removed, the bottom layer of trays can be seen underneath.

There are six trays for storing the miniatures that come with the game. The sixth empty tray is for The Veteran and Rescue Dog®. Each of the trays is designed with a gap next to the bottom wall into which the edge of the figure's base falls. This means that the miniatures cannot move about once packed into the insert.

These are the trays for the game's cards and the fire/smoke tokens. The tray for cards is sufficiently large so that all cards can be sleeved with quality sleeves.

These are the first of the token trays. Each token type has its own slot. There is a separate tray for the damage cubes, meaning it can be placed close to the board during game play to give easy access to all players.

These are the remaining token trays. Again all token kinds are stored separately, to keep everything neatly organised, both in the box and on the table.

As mentioned above all the trays can be used during the game to organise the components and make access by all players easy.

This image shows the Extreme Danger® expansion box, with the boards from each expansion inside. The box is neatly filled by the boards, and the lid closes flush once on. Like this both games can be stored vertically adjacent to each other on your shelf.

One of my favorite co-op games ever made. Learning curve isn't very bad, takes only 5 minutes or less to teach once everyone gets their first few turns in. Once you get it down, I love how involved everyone is in each other's turns. No one sits back and disassociated until it's their own turn. Love how exciting it is to roll for fire after everyone's turn, it always gets everyone on their edge of their seat. Makes for some hilarious moments when playing the experienced version,
Usually I use this game to introduce big board games to people who are not familiar with them... and it's really effective. Everyone loves it!

An accessible game where every session ends up with a story. Also, works across player counts. The theme and role selection is great. The randomness of fire brings out the gripping theme and also helps with alpha gaming. Player turns happen fast. The repeated iterations with false alarms also put players in the boots of professional firefighters who do this job everyday. A great gateway game.
