Such a nice rebalance to the game. Adding 2 tree species and mushrooms are a welcome addition to the strategies.

This is a crucial upgrade on the base gameplay. There are buffs to amphibians, the cave, and plants, which were a bit underwhelming in the base game. The 2 new tree types really help when you're trying to get 8 tree species for the Oak tree. Fits easily in the base game box, as well. I feel sad when someone asks me to play Forest Shuffle without this expansion.

One of the two "mandatory" expansions for Forest Shuffle. I will not play it without Alpine and Woodland Edge anymore. Rebalances and expands the strategy, while adding a ton of fun animals and plants.

Alpine expansion is excellent. Opens up many more strategies in the game for some very satisfying combos!
