The most innovative feature is the ability to choose to play as a light or dark side faction, with appropriate consequences; it is also possible to change alignment during the game. Luck is minimized: combat is deterministic with hidden information, without dice.
Develop your civilization through five technology fields (Military, Spirituality, Propulsion, Robotics, and Genetics), trade technologies with other players, choose from 17 unique factions, and face secret objectives. The fog of war hides fleets, creating tactical uncertainty, while a highly variable setup makes each game different.
