Description
Harmonies: Pulse is an expansion for Harmonies, the tile-placement game where players build harmonious landscapes to attract animals. This expansion introduces new Animal cards that enrich and energize the base game, adding new requirements that challenge your spatial organization skills.
The core of the expansion is the new three-color patterns: composing them requires more careful planning and greater ability to anticipate moves compared to the base game. The familiar mechanics remain unchanged, but decisions become much more challenging and offer new scoring opportunities to those who can integrate every element into their landscape.
The beautiful Animal cards, illustrated with usual care, blend seamlessly with the base game and provide a new tactical boost. An addition designed for players seeking deeper challenges and greater variety in their games.

Excellent small expansion. Love the new three-landform animals. The art is beautiful once again. These integrated seamlessly into the game while providing something slightly different and more challenging. Anything that provides more Harmonies without altering the core of the game too much is a winner for me.
Rozšíření Krajina zvířat: Tep života do Krajiny zvířat přináší pouhých 10 karet, jsou to ale karty, které hru překvapivě hodně ovlivní. Nová zvířata potřebují pro své dokončení tři barvy, čímž úspěšně rozbíjí některé strategie ze základní hry. Vymyslet, jak do své malé krajiny všechno naskládat, je tak ještě mnohem těžší. Rozšíření přináší další strategickou vrstvu, zároveň ale může u některých hráčů vyvolat analytickou paralýzu. Obzvlášť když se to spojí s možností vzory zrcadlit. I think this expansion is quite nice, but I do still wish that new and bigger boards should have been the priority;) The new animals are fun amd challenging though!

We permanently shuffled it straight into the base game box — it adds zero rules overhead but provides a wonderfully crunchy spatial challenge when weaving multi-color habitats into your landscape. Plus, the Axolotl is adorable (just be prepared for family drama if you steal it from someone else's draft). A small 'more cards' expansion. I love this kind of expansion! One negative point (for which I didn't dock this game its score): the cards are slightly larger than the base game cards, always a bummer but not a huge deal.
