Description
Heling is one of the three vathran of the Ivinic Kingdom of Rogna. Located on the southeastern coast of Heg, in the Elkyri Islands, the settlement has been controlled by the Hulthard Clan since its founding in 310 TR. The Hulthard have mostly stayed out of the political struggles of the other great clans of Rogna, focusing instead on expanding their holdings, including founding a colony at Orbaal, on Hârn, in 633.
The article on Heling describes its history, government, religion, economy, and military forces, including color maps for the GM and players, as well as brief descriptions of numerous artisans and other settlement locations.
