Infærnum is a rules-lite RPG focused on apocalyptic themes. Everything starts with a major event: a prophecy that triggers the end of times. Over seven days (in the narrative), players must face all challenges and reach the promised land before the end of all things, facing the four horsemen and other tropes of the Book of Revelation.
Or not. In this highly original game, you define your own vision of the Apocalypse. It can work with any campaign or setting for any system besides the standalone premise presented by the game. That means you can simply use Infaernum on top of your current RPG campaign, whatever system that might be, to explore an end-of-world scenario. It's essentially your doomsday device and toolbox.
The core also includes a vast collection of optional rules, supplements, and settings that make Infaernum the ultimate doomsday device. You pick and choose what you want to use according to how you want to play at any given moment. It includes modes inspired by popular games and tropes like Shadow of the Colossus, Diablo, Dark Souls, and Cyberpunk 2077, plus alternate ways to play, which include a dungeon crawler element, an enemy generator, ways to use decks of regular playing cards and even a Tarot Arcana, as well a sneak peek into 1,000 years AFTER the end of your world! Mix and match them as you want for the most insane results! This award-winning Role-Playing experience can fit any style or setting for Solo, Co-Op, or Guided play. Not for the faint of heart.
This Collector's Edition includes the core book, plus multiple accessories and boards to make your experience even more immersive!

- The Dice Board is a simple square board with a reference chart, so you can use regular D6 to check the results quickly.
- The Pentacle Board (with tokens) can be used together with the supplemental rules “The Infaernal Pentagram” included in the book to make combat more tactical. By using the tokens and the vertices of the star, you can better visualize your enemies and allies during confrontations, determining ranged and melee attacks, and having more options with your rolls.
- The Infaernal Visions board is Infaernum’s equivalent to an Ouija board, and it’s the ultimate representation of faith…or fate? Instead of choosing what happens in your narrative, you will leave everything to the energy of the board, which is filled with a selection of verbs and nouns; based on where your dice fall, you will get the commands that will direct the actions and happenings of each scene. Are you prepared?
- Rifts: you create basically a gauntlet of challenges, and you must take notes on what’s happening and how deep you will go. Together with the supplement “Lord of Dread” and others, you are able to generate dungeon challenges with many twists and foes.
- Colossus: if your type of apocalypse involves giant monsters, this is the chart you will use to fight them! You will also need a regular deck of playing cards to define the monster’s powers and other details.
- Territories: you get to map your whole world, either randomly placing monsters, rifts, horsemen, or even a colossus. You can also draw and paint your tiles before starting your session.
