Description
Ivinia Region Module is a supplement for HârnWorld that offers a detailed, realistic, flexible, and system-neutral setting for Norse-flavored fantasy role-playing games.
Ivinia is an archipelago off the northwestern coast of the continent of Lythia, about 200 leagues northeast of Hârn: a land of warring kingdoms, icy fjords, and bold sailors. The sturdy ships of the Ivinians allow them to venture farther than any other people, founding colonies along all of western Lythia; they are also skilled traders but best known as feared raiders on Lythia's coasts. The Ivinian homeland is divided into several mutually hostile kingdoms.
The Ivinia module includes: a 44-page overview of Ivinian culture, government, economy, and history, with tools to generate character backgrounds and weather conditions; a 38-page index with geographic, political, cultural, economic, and religious references of Ivinia; and the Ivinia regional map, in color, sized 22x34 inches, with a cartographic system developed specifically for fantasy gaming, showing vegetation, terrain, settlements, and paths.
