This is probably the best euro game I've played. Every worker moving create tensions and opportunities for everyone. I've end up play it 13 times in a row when first got this game at the time. This mechanic mixing up of auction, worker placement, route building and pickup & delivery using 4 colored meeple as a fuel for the system is the most beautiful thing designed in a strategy game. Will be very hard to create a game that use this amount of mechanics and tuned it up to the perfection like this game. Almost 30 games and still excite for the next game. Forever a fan of Keyflower, cannot recommend it enough. Play it !

My favorite game. Plays well 2-6 with the basegame. Has an expansion to mix things up at both ends of the player count. It's really cleverly designed. And it is so rewarding to play, being both strategically and tactically excellent.
Love the artwork and the way you can play meeples to either bid or utilize hex tiles! I have to constantly refer back to the rules. End scoring and the way turn order/boat tiles are resolved can be slightly confusing, but other than that, fantastic game! Definitely recommend!
Utterly unique combination of auction and worker placement. It can be brutal, it can be nasty, it can also be peaceful and relaxing. Tempo can be all important, tempo can be useless. The game gives you different textures you must adapt to. Brilliant game plays differently depending on player count. Paced just quickly enough unless your opponents are prone to overthinking. I've never really played with the expansions, dozens of plays with the base. It doesn't get old, the games are similar in that it rewards skill and knowledge, but you can't play the same way every time.
Keyflower is a brilliant blend of auction, tile-laying, and worker placement that creates endless strategic possibilities. The innovative bidding system, where workers double as both currency and labor, keeps tension high and interaction constant. With its seasonal progression and deep replayability, it’s a modern euro classic that rewards both planning and adaptability. + Merchants Expansion
